Make a flavourful paella or cook a perfect piece of fish with the Outback Paella/Skillet Pan. Simply remove central grill and replace with paella/skillet pan. For immediate heat: remove the vapour bars and cook over direct flame. Caution: Carry handles will get very hot during the cooking process, please always wear suitable gloves when lifting the dish on/off the BBQ. Compatible with all Outback models that are integrated with Multi Cooking Surface system.
